Cancellation Policy

I charge a 35% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. All deposits made online or at the salon are non refundable or transferable. This includes cancellations, rescheduling or no shows. I understand things happen but my time is valuable and I am here for you at the time for your appointment.
